Welcome to Montebello Wellness & Spa, a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Jimbaran, Bali.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 4 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 4 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full price of the booked treatment. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via WhatsApp or phone call.
Arrival Time & Parking
Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and consultation. Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time.
Complimentary parking is available for all spa guests. Our staff will be happy to assist you upon arrival.
Health Conditions & Allergies
Your safety and comfort are important to us. Please inform our team in advance if you have any health concerns, such as high blood pressure, pregnancy, injuries, or allergies.
Our therapists will adjust your treatment accordingly and can offer suitable alternatives if needed. All information shared will be kept confidential
